Investment Criteria

ECS will target majority or meaningful minority ownership via Growth and Buyout investments, which generally align with the following criteria:

Innovative companies with proven business models offering sustainable solutions across key investment themes

Operations with “sticky” revenue profiles, and visibility into future cash flows

Blue-chip customer base with industrial and commercial end-users, or government entities

Proven revenue model and positive forward EBITDA, with no "startup risk”

Strong management teams eager to execute against strategic plan, with clear vision for growth in their sectors and full alignment on sustainability focused goals

Ability to unlock significant ROIC generation through organic growth and inorganic investments

Partner 25+ years of experience investing in energy and infrastructure - related services. Joined Azora in 2018. Previously CEO of Ferrovial Servicios from 2007-2018. Prior to that, Santiago worked at McKinsey covering Energy and Industrial clients
